SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Our normal business operating hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM Beirut Local Time. Daily shipping cutoff is 1:30PM Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1:30PM will ship out the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not operating business days. Orders placed after 1:30PM on Friday and all weekend orders, will ship out the following Monday.
Please note that our shipping carrier do not deliver on Sundays.

With ground delivery in Lebanon, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days after it leaves the warehouse. International orders will take 3 to 4 business days after it leaves the warehouse.

INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT:
When you receive your shipment, inspect the carton before signing the delivery receipt. Open cartons immediately, check contents against the packing list provided and examine merchandise for damage. Should there be any damaged or missing merchandise keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials until instructed to discard them. please notify our customer service department about any damaged or missing merchandise within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us on customerservice@jcproshop.com failure to follow any of the above procedures may invalidate any claim you may have against the carrier. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment; otherwise we will not accept responsibility for any missing or damaged merchandise.
Any freight shipments that are received damaged must be signed for as damaged on the original bill in the presence of the freight carrier's driver or claims will be rejected.
