It features two medial and two lateral spring steel stays with adjustable straps and a superior horseshoe buttress to aid patella tracking.

It lends minor ligament support and helps relieve the symptoms of:

-patellar subluxation

-patellar tendinitis.

It also features a long 0.5cm thick neoprene sleeve with nylon facing on both sides.
